What is firecupping?
Glass cups are placed are placed on the skin. A flame is used to create a vacuum. This suction enhances circulation, removes pain, extracts toxins and moves stagnation.

What is Moxabustion?
This is a Traditional Chinese Medical technique where we burn a moxa stick made from the leaves of a plant (Artemisia) above the skin over specific acupuncture points.
Moxa is often combined with acupuncture, making treatment of certain conditions much more effective.
